What data I collect
When you write to me through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, your email address and what you choose to tell me about your wedding or project. When you book a service: the details needed for the contract and the invoice. When you browse the site: technical data such as IP address and browser, processed by the website platform, and the cookies described below.

Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request before a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To provide the service and keep accounting and tax records (contract and legal obligations, art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). To measure the reach of my ads with the Meta pixel, only if you accept it in the cookie banner (consent, art. 6(1)(a)).

Who receives the data
The providers I use to run the site and my work: the website platform (Vigbo), Google (email), Meta Platforms (only if you accept the pixel, and WhatsApp if you contact me there), and my accountant for invoices. Your data is never sold. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months. Contracts and invoices: 10 years, as required by Italian law. Your cookie choice: 6 months.

Cookies
Technical cookies: needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice; they do not require consent. Meta pixel (marketing, cookie _fbp, up to 3 months): loaded only after you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or by deleting cookies in your browser.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to bymariasimonova@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
