I'm Maria, a wedding photographer based in Bologna. Since 2017 I've followed couples across Italy and beyond.

I photograph the day as it unfolds: the quiet minutes before the ceremony, a father's hand on a shoulder, the dance when nobody is posing anymore. I stay close and quiet, never in the way, so you can simply live your day.

I love a good trend, used like a pinch of salt: enough to flavour the day, never ahead of your personality and your story, so the photographs still feel right years from now.

Through Stanza, my commercial studio, I work with fashion and jewellery brands and hotels. As a sommelier, I have a soft spot for wineries: I love telling the story of what they create with their own hands. I also run photography workshops.
